Q: What companies do you use for shipping your products?

A: Since we only deliver within the United States, we use USPS and UPS for our shipments.

Q: Does Phan of Life Designs sell or deliver internationally?

A: Currently, we only sell and ship our artwork within the United States.

Q: Do you ship to all 50 states in the United States?

A: WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 states and CANNOT SHIP to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico. 

Q: Can Phan of Life Designs products be shipped to P.O. Boxes?

A: Unfortunately, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and any attempted orders shipped to P.O.'s will be returned to sender. If your home address is a P.O. Box, we recommend asking permission to ship your order to a friend, family member or place of business that does NOT use a P.O. Box as their general address.

Q: What will my shipping cost be?

A: Your shipping cost is based off of and determined by the size of the artwork that you order. Shipping prices are as follows:

• 12"- $10.00
• 14"- $10.00
• 18"- $12.50
• 24"- $15.50
• 30"- $16.50
• 36"-$30.00

Q: If I order multiple items, can I expect them to arrive together?

A: Due to the nature of our business in that our artwork is custom printed at the time of your purchase, each item may be shipped independently as it is produced and ready to be shipped.

Q: When can I expect my artwork to arrive once the order is placed?

A: Since all of our products are manufactured on demand at the time of purchase, it typically takes anywhere from between 5 to 12 business days for your artwork to be custom die cut for you then shipped. Once your item is ready for shipping, you will receive the tracking number associated with it via email. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE TO YOU AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE BASED ON CURRENT SHIPPING CONDITIONS.

Q: What do I do if the tracking says that my package has been delivered but I have not actually received it?

A: We would ask that you reach out to your neighbors, ask any family members that reside in the home with you and also reach out to the shipping provider before contacting us at ShopPhanOfLife@gmail.com for support.

Q: I noticed the product description notes that NO MOUNTING HARDWARE IS INCLUDED. How do you recommend I hang my new sign?

A: Although your new artwork does not include any mounting hardware, you should find mounting it to the wall to be fairly easy! We recommend (depending on the size and weight ordered) using small "Finishing Nails" with small heads strategically placed using the design elements themselves to hang it. These tiny finishing nails should tuck in and blend very well into the design, making it nearly impossible to see them. You can purchase magnetic screws available on Amazon, which are easily used by screwing them into the wall where you would like your artwork mounted and then sticking your metal art to them! For the smallest and lightweight designs, you could also use Command strips as your hanging method.
