Refund policy
We have a 30-day store credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request that credit. All of our signs are MADE TO ORDER, which means that your product is not made until your order is placed. Due to the nature of this type of production, we have specific conditions that apply in regard to our store credit policy:
- If your product has arrived damaged or the chosen design is not as pictured in the product photos, please contact Phan of Life Designs within 72 hours of the item's delivery. We will review any concerns with your order as quickly as possible. Once we have determined that the issue is on our end, we will respond and: either issue a store credit OR send a replacement free of charge as long as the request was made within 30 days of delivery.
- In cases of issues with the artwork within 30 days that are NOT related to "normal wear and tear", please contact Phan of Life Designs immediately.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Send us an email at shopphanoflife@gmail.com that contains the following information: Details of the issues with your order, order number, AND photos or video of the damaged or incorrect goods.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The nature of our business model means that each item is specifically handcrafted for our customers at the time of purchase. Therefore, we cannot exchange one design for another, however, we will try our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase by means of replacing damaged products (see above) or store credit.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued by Phan of Life Designs as per our refund policy stated above.
